 Cancellation Policy: How Does It Work?

  • You can cancel your order before it is packed or within 3 hours of placing the order – whichever comes first.
  • Partial cancellations or cancelling individual items from an order is not permitted.
  • To cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] with your order details.
  • For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated within 24–48 business hours after your request is verified and processed by our team.
  • Cancellations post-dispatch or after delivery are not possible due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Kaynta Labs reserves the right to refuse transactions or delay refunds by 3–6 months for users with a history of bulk or suspicious order cancellations.

 

Damaged Products? Here’s What To Do:

  • Report any damage within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
  • Email us with clear images or videos of:
    • The damaged product(s)
    • Outer shipping box
    • Shipping label
  • After verification, you’ll be eligible for a full refund or a replacement.

 Wrong or Incomplete Order? No Worries!

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We recommend sharing an unboxing video from start to finish as supporting proof.
  • Once verified, we’ll promptly send the correct/replacement item(s).

 Ineffective Product Experience? Let’s Talk.

  • If you feel a product didn’t work for you, get in touch with us within 7 days of consistent usage.
  • Our product advisors will reach out to understand your concern and action thereof.

 

 Not Eligible for Return, Replacement or Refund:

  • Used, opened, or tampered products
  • Products reported after the claim window (48 hours)
  • Issues due to non-compliance with usage instructions or skin incompatibility
  • Returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or change of mind

External factors like weather conditions or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience and assure you of our best efforts in such situations.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Wallet/store credit orders will be refunded accordingly.
  • Refunds are initiated within 24–48 business hours post verification.
